Then you’re in the right place because this is where I will assist you with being the most healthy and happiest person by just maintaining your diet.
I’m Manjeet Ahuja, 20 years of age living a healthy and happy life.
Ok, wait let me open the doors slowly. You know, there are millions of people around this world who always dream of the most lavish and luxurious lifestyle, and then there are few ways to experience the rich and healthy lifestyle and one of them is to stay healthy. Now, y’all might be wondering what’s the connection between health and luxury, Right?! I’ll clear your doubts with the turtle speed (shhhhh! coz slow and steady wins the race).
Day by day, the cases of heart attack, stressful life, the pressure of business, etc. increasing rapidly. Now, these all reason point towards wealth but in a hidden manner, it also points towards health. More significantly, if you stay super healthy it will keep your brain healthy and as a result to it, our brain becomes stronger to face all those problems even far worse then these. In short, your health plays a very important role in relation to the brain.
Now, Let’s understand how to stay super healthy:
- Working out Lil bit
- Eating healthy food
- Say YES to hygiene
- No addiction
Working out Lil bit
Here, work out is the most important part. To stay healthy you’ll need to do exercise it’s not necessary to hit the intensive workouts you can stay healthy just by doing basic exercise such as running, jogging, walking, yoga, etc. because basically when you start adding these exercise to your routine then it will keep your stomach and intestine clean without any sort of gas and all types of problems. It’s great if you go with the intensive workouts, the reason for that is your structure will come into shape.
Eating healthy food
Ok, so this is the second most significant point because it’s not just enough by lifting weights or by walking hundreds of miles. In detail, when you’ll start hitting the exercise no matter basic one or intensive workouts if you’ll intake the staled or junk food then it will give you the side effects instead of the good beneficial effects. As we know we prepare super hygienic and clean food at our home, why? because we know that we use exotic ingredients of any dish so that it gives us good effects instead of life taking diseases such as cholesterol, food poison, etc. Hence, the second most important factor is eating healthy food.
Till now, you worked for your physique, right?! But now its time to take care of your mind’s health and it can only be done by changing your viewpoints i.e. thinking everything in a positive way, I know it’s hard but you’ll need to do the practice of it. For instance, whenever you think negatively then suddenly stop that thinking and turn your thought into a positive way, this way your mind will come into the practice of being positive.
After being positive, your mind will stay away from stress, pressure and all slowly i.e. your mind won’t get affected to those problems. Then you’ll need to do is just meditation, now you must be thinking why? Right? Here’s the answer then, meditation keeps your mind calm, relaxed, detoxified(in the thought process) i.e. it will stay away from being negative, awareness, activeness, etc. there are a lot of benefits and pros of it, I’ll drop the link of it down below. Thus, now you know how imp is meditation. Many successful people promote meditation because it can give you every happiness in your life.
Say YES to hygiene
As per your guesses in your mind, this point is all about keeping your physique clean. By keeping your physique your brain will automatically think positively because there are some sort of frequencies i.e. vibes of negative energy so if you’ll keep your body clean then negative vibes won’t attract you, why? because it’s just like (+) + (+) = (+), (-) + (-) = (-). You should bath twice a day and cleaning your face in the intervals of 1-2 hr in a day, this way you stay hygienic. By staying hygienic you also won’t attract diseases to yourself.
Let’s move further now, This is the hot favorite topic in the market, right now, Because of these days, people with addiction are increasing so rapidly that you can guess out by the rapid increase in tobacco industries. Let’s come to the point directly, the first decision y’all should make is to QUIT SMOKING or STOP THE CONSUMPTION OF TOBACCO or STOP THE CONSUMPTION ALCOHOL because it damages your body allottttttttt!!!!!!!!!! There are a lot of tasty and sickest food out there, then why you should consume those life taking substances?! So from now if you don’t wanna be healthy but you should take a pledge for avoiding addicitious substances.
